When the going gets tough, do you still believe that God will protect you and ‘prepare a table for you in the presence of your enemies’?
When push comes to shove, are you still holding on to His Word and believing that ‘He is the rewarder of those who diligently seek Him’?
When the debtors come knocking and you don’t have a ‘ngwee’ (cent), yet God said He shall ‘provide for all your needs according to His riches in Glory’, do you still believe Him?
When your child is sick, in and out of hospital, do you give up on God’s healing power even though ‘by His stripes we are (already) healed’?
Fear is what leads us to stop holding on to His Word. Don’t give in to the sin of fear. Keep hoping and waiting for the evidence.
Without faith, it is impossible to please God (Hebrews 11:6)
